Until 2021 the founder of OXFOX Consulting Edwin Reijntjes was active as (interim) CEO/Managing Director for the international - Benelux, DACH, Nordics, UK - Corporate and SME Staffing & Recruitment industry. Responsible for countries and regions. Based in London, Berlin, Munich, Gothenburg and Amsterdam.

Until 2010 for the major corporates Randstad, Manpower and Adecco, from 2010 until 2021 for his own interim management consultancy firm Wallaceline BV specilized in acquiring (M&A), setting up and scaling up mainland Europe businesses for mainly UK and US clients. Bridging the cross border (cultural) differentes based on many years of experience working and living in borh Anglo-Sakson and European business cultures. The business model was based on co-investing - ‘skin in the game‘ - with my client - the majority shareholder - and selling the share the moment of break-even business.

After selling the shares in the last German business to the majority shareholder (and my client) in 2021 he decided to do something totally different. For 4 years Edwin Reijntjes was the interim CEO of two professional football clubs (ADO Den Haag and Vitesse Arnhem).

Since March 2025 he has been focusing on my ‘old’ specialism again and advices and supports organisations and entrepreneurs with the ambition to build (and grow) a business into another country and especially in Sweden and The Netherlands.

Not with boots on the ground anymore however as a Cross-border professional advisor.
